Change to Meeting place for Moonlit Run

Dave has recommended a better place for parking.

The new meeting point is be midway between Brankinentum and Pitmuniewhere there is a reasonably spacious forest entrance on the north west sideof the road. A newish path, not marked on the map, leads up from herenorth and then north west to the main forest road. If you turn left here it is easy to take a pleasant clockwise loop over Cairn William using thecycle trail and ending at the same point. You can then return to the parking area by the outward route. The recommended starting point is at the streetmap link below:http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=366320&y=815395&z=3&sv=366320,815395&st=4&ar=Y&mapp=newmap.srf&searchp=newsearch.srf

Cairn William Moonlit Run

Meet at 7pm at NJ676165- linked to multimap. This is at the beginning of the track up Pitfichie Hill – just over 1km north-west of Monymusk.  It’ll save us running along the road but we’re not quite sure how much parking there’ll be. If anyone wants a lift out then we have a few spaces - give me a ring on 326106.

Bring a good headtorch and if you're not sure of the route then take a map & compass - also hat, gloves & extra layer – forecast is snow!!  Flashing armbands, headbands and Christmas tree lights are optional!

Afterwards Matt has kindly invited everyone back to his (388 Great Western Road) for a BBQ and apparently Rob has volunteered to be the BBQ master again – while we all sit round the fire…

Matt, can you let us know what to bring?
